Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

- You received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Digital downloads (patterns, tutorials, or e-books)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
